Welcome to Memorial Hospital, the cornerstone of Seminole Hospital District of Gaines County Texas. Memorial Hospital is a licensed 25 bed rural community hospital, providing a wide range of health care services. Our services to the citizens of Gaines County include; diagnostic lab and x-ray procedures, physical and speech therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, skilled nursing care, outpatient surgery and emergency and trauma care. In addition to these direct hospital services other types of health care services are available from the multiple facilities of Memorial Hospital. Those facilities include; Memorial Place Assisted Living, Memorial Health Care Center, Memorial Home Health, Memorial Hospice, M.S. Doss Fitness Center and the M.S. & Meek Lane Doss Physical Therapy Center.

Effective October 1, 2011,
Seminole Family Medical Clinic with Dr. Wendell Parkey,
Dr. Armand Wiltz, and Tamera Todd, FNP and Billie Armstrong, FNP,
will become a provider based clinic.
This means that the clinic will operate as a department of the Memorial Hospital. Due to this change in status, the clinic will be renamed MEMORIAL HOSPITAL CLINIC SOUTH, however, the physicians, nurse practitioners and staff will continue to provide excellent care you have come to expect.
Effective October 1, 2011,
Dr. Letellier’s office will become a provider based clinic.
This means that the clinic will operate as a department of Memorial Hospital. Due to this change in status, the clinic will be renamed MEMORIAL HOSPITAL CLINIC WEST. Dr. Letellier will continue to practice in the office and provide the excellent patient care you have come to expect.
