Employee Benefits Seminole Hospital District provides health insurance with major medical benefits and dental insurance for all full time employees at no cost to the employee. Health benefits begin on the first day of the month after the employee has satisfied the probationary period of 90 days. Dependant coverage is available. Life Insurance Seminole Hospital District provides full time employees with term life insurance with accidental death and dismemberment benefit at no cost to the employee. The amount of life insurance depends upon job classification. This benefit begins on the first day of the month after the employee has satisfied the probationary period of 90 days. Pension Seminole Hospital District provides its full time employees with a retirement program at no cost to the employee. Employees are enrolled on January 1st after completing one year of service, employees must be 21 years of age to participate. Worker's Compensation Seminole Hospital District provides worker's compensation insurance to protect you from medical expenses and loss of income due to occupational injury or illness. Benefits are determined by state law.
