Kitchen Assistants – This is a full-time position.  Kitchen assistants help in the kitchen with preparation and delivery of patient food trays and dishwashing. 

Memorial Place Assisted Living Center

Cook – This is a full-time position.  The cook is responsible for resident meal and snack preparation according to dietary requirements and meal plans.  The cook is also responsible for ordering and maintaining kitchen inventory.  Prior institutional cook experience preferred

J.P. Letellier, MD

Office Nurse – LVN – This is a full-time position.  The office nurse is responsible for assisting physician with patient and patient procedures, patient record documentation and upkeep of the medical supply inventory.  Applicant must possess a current Texas LVN license.  Prior office nurse experience preferred.
