Divisions

Memorial Hospital Divisions

Over the years, Memorial Hospital has developed several different divisions. Each division was developed to address a specific need in the community, to provide quality health care services and to provide those services locally.

Extended Care Services

•  Memorial Home Health was opened in 1988 to provide in-home skilled nursing care.

•  Memorial Hospice began providing unique end-of-life care to those with a terminal illness in 2003.

Rehab & Community Wellness

•  In 1990, the M.S. Doss Fitness Center provided the community with the equipment and facilities to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

•  M.S. & Meek Lane Doss Physical Therapy Center expanded in 2004 in order to meet the growing need for physical therapy in this area.

Memorial Health Care Center

•  Memorial Health Care Center opened its doors in 1994 to provide the county with excellent nursing home care.

Memorial Place Assisted Living

•  Memorial Place Assisted Living opened in 2001 providing a beautiful home for those in our community who need a little extra help with the activities of daily living.
