Over the years, Memorial Hospital has expanded the healthcare options available to residents of Seminole and Gaines County. Each division and service was developed to address a specific need in the community, to provide quality health care services and to provide those services locally.

- Memorial Hospice - provides compassionate end-of-life care to those with a terminal illness.
Divisions of Rehab & Community Wellness
- Doss Fitness Center - provides the community with the equipment and facilities to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Cardiac Rehabilitation services are also available through the fitness center.
- M.S. & Meek Lane Doss Physical Therapy Center provides physical therapy strengthening to hospital inpatients, outpatient and home health patients.
